$np= 12$
$\sqrt {npq}=2$
$npq= 4$
$\large\frac{npq}{np} =\frac{4}{12}$
$q= \large\frac{1}{3}$
$p= 1-q=1- \large\frac{1}{3}=\frac{2}{3}$
Hence c is the correct answer.
