The dimensions of $CV^2$ match with the dimensions of

\[(a)\;LI^2\quad (b)\;L^2I^2\quad (c)\;L^2I\quad (d)\;none\;of\;the\;above\]

Both $CV^2$ and $LI^2$ have dimensions of energy.
$U=\large\frac{1}{2}$$CV^2$
$LI^2=VIT$
$\qquad=VQ$
Also $V=\large\frac{1}{2}$$QV$
Hence a is the correct answer.
