The correct statement from the following is

a) A body having zero velocity will not necessarity  have zero acceleration.

b) A body having zero velocity will  necessarity  have zero acceleration.

c) A body having non-uniform speed can have only uniform acceleration.

d) A body having non-uniform velocity will have zero acceleration.

For in body projected vertically upward at highest point $v=0\;a \neq 0=g$
hence the correct statment is a body having zero velocity will not necessarity have zero acceleration.
Hence a is the correct answer.
