Velocity $v=\large\frac{dx}{dt}$$=4t+3 acceleration a= \large\frac{dv}{dt}$$=4\; m/s^2$
Force $=m \times a$
$\qquad= 2 \times 4$
$\qquad = 8 N$
Hence d is the correct answer.
