Answer: 360 J
$W=\int F.dx =\int \limits_{4} ^{-2} -6x^3 dx$
$\quad=\large\frac{-3}{2} $$ x^4 \bigg|_4^{-2} = \large\frac{-3}{2}$$ [16-256] = 360.
