Mass of the electron $ m=9.1 \times 10^{-31}\;kg$
$K.E=\large\frac{1}{2}$$mv^2=5 \times 10^{-25}\;J$
$\lambda=\large\frac{h}{\sqrt{2m \times K.E}}$
$\qquad= \large\frac{6.626 \times 10^{-34}}{\sqrt{2 \times 9.1 \times 10^{-31}\times 5 \times 10^{-25}}}$
