Power $= \hat F.\hat V$
$\qquad= F \times v \times \cos 60$
$\quad v= 10 km/hr$
$\qquad=10 \times \large\frac{5}{18}$$m/s$
Power$= 360 \times 10 \times \large\frac{5}{18} \times \frac{1}{2}$
$\qquad= 500 \;W$
Hence b is the correct answer.
