# The number of ways in which a cricket team of eleven players can be selected from 22 players which includes a particular two and excludes a particular 4 players is

$\begin{array}{1 1} (A) \;^{16}C_{11} \\(B) \;^{16}C_{5} \\ (C) \;^{16}C_{9} \\(D) \;^{20}C_{9} \end{array}$

There are 22 players.
Four particular players are to be excluded..
$\therefore$ 18 players are left over for selection.
Out of these, 2 players are to be included in the team of 11.
$\therefore$ Remaining 9 players are to be selected from 16 players.
This can be done in $^{16}C_9$ ways.
