There are 22 players.
Four particular players are to be excluded..
$\therefore$ 18 players are left over for selection.
Out of these, 2 players are to be included in the team of 11.
$\therefore$ Remaining 9 players are to be selected from 16 players.
This can be done in $^{16}C_9$ ways.
