Wecan have the following pattern:

Men Women ways
2 4 $^4C_2.^6C_4=90$
2 5 $^4C_2.^6C_5=36$
2 6 $^4C_2.^6C_6=6$
3 6 $^4C_3.^6C_6=4$
  Total 136
