Answer: The correct option is c
 
$(a/b)^{\large\frac{1}{6}}$
 
If $F = 0$  then $a/y^{12} - b/r^6 = 0$
on simplifying we get,  $(a/b)^{\large\frac{1}{6}}$. Therefore C is the correct option
