Number of silver atoms =1 million =$ 1 \times 10^6$
Mass of one million Ag atoms $= 1.79 \times 10^{16}\;g$
Mass of $6.023 \times 10^{23}$ atoms of silver $=1.79 \times 10^{6}\;g \times 6.023 \times 10^{23} \times 1 \times 10^{6}$
$\qquad=107.8\;g$
