$\Delta H = \Delta E + P_1\Delta V$

Under this assumption, if $\Delta V = 0$ too, then $\Delta H = \Delta E$. Liquids are generally incompressible, and so are solids. Thus, if the mols of gas don't change, the volume of the system pretty much doesn't change.

Hence, we can say $\Delta H ≈ \Delta E$  if $\Delta n_{gas} = 0$
