Q)

# Solve the problem and enter your answer in the grid, as described below on the answer sheet. <br><br> A rectangle whose length is 10 units and width is inscribed in a circle. What is the radius of the circle ?

$\begin{array}{1 1} (a)\; \sqrt{41} \\ (b)\; \sqrt{35} \\ (c)\; \sqrt{74} \\ (d)\; \sqrt{53} \end{array}$</span<

$AC^2 = AB^2 + BC^2$
$\qquad = 10^2 +8^2$
$\qquad = 164$
$\therefore AC = \sqrt{164} = 2\sqrt{41}$
$\therefore$ The radius of the circle is $\sqrt{41}$
