We know that
$\large\frac{R}{r}=\frac{2abc}{(a+b+c)(c+a-b)(b+c-a)}$
$\quad\;\;=\large\frac{2\times 4\times 5\times 6}{3\times 5\times 7}$
$\quad\;\;=\large\frac{16}{7}$
Hence (c) is the correct answer.
