The displacement of a particle executing SHM is given by : $y= 5 \sin \bigg(4t+\large\frac{\pi}{3}\bigg).$ If T is the time period and the mass of the particle is $2 gms$, the kinetic energy of the particle when $t= \large\frac{T}{4}$ is given by :

\[\begin {array} {1 1} (1)\;0.4\;Joules & \quad (2)\;0.5\;Joules \\ (3)\;3\;Joules & \quad (4)\;0.3 \;Joules \end {array}\]
