A ball is thrown horizontally from the top of a tower with a velocity of 40m/s take g=10m/s if the ball reaches the ground in 4 second find the height of the tower??

v^2-u^2=2gs

Here v= 40m/s, g = 10m/s^2 and t= 4s and u= 0

[ 40x40 - 0]/2x10 = s

Therefore s = 80m
