$\sum$ Masses of reactant=$\sum$ Masses of products
$\;\;\;\;(3+11.2)g\;\;\;\;\;\;=\;\;\;(8.8+5.4)g$
$\therefore$Law of conservation of mass is verified.
Hence (a) is the correct option.
