As we know that 1g mole of any gas occupies 23.4l as 22400ml of volume at STP or NTP
Molar mass of compound =mass of 22400 ml vapour at STP
$\Rightarrow \large\frac{0.116\times 22400}{44.8}$$=58$
Hence (c) is the correct answer.
