17 parts of hydrogen peroxide contain hydrogen=1part
100 parts of hydrogen peroxide contain hydrogen=$\large\frac{1}{17}$$\times 100$
$\Rightarrow 5.88$
% of oxygen =(100-5.88)=94.12
Hence (d) is the correct answer.
