100g chlorophyll =2.68gmg
1g chlorophyll=$2.68\times 10^{-2}gmg$
$\therefore 2.68\times 10^{-2}g mg$ contain=$2.68\times 10^{-2}\times \large\frac{6.023\times 10^{23}}{2.4}$atoms
$\Rightarrow 6.72\times 10^{20}atoms\;mg$
Hence (a) is the correct answer.
