The percentage of sodium in a break-fast cereal,labelled as 110mg of sodium per 100g of cereal is

100g cereal has $Na=110\times 10^{-3}$
$\Rightarrow 0.11g$
$\%=\large\frac{0.11}{100}$$\times 100=0.11\%$
Hence (c) is the correct answer.
