Mole of NaOH=3

Weight of NaOH =$3\times 40g$

$\Rightarrow 120g$

Weight of solvent =1000g

$\therefore$ weight of solution =$1000+(3\times 70)$

$\Rightarrow 1120g$

$\therefore$ Volume of solution =$\large\frac{1120}{1.110}$$ml$
