The reaction occurs as $3Fe+4H_2O\rightarrow Fe_3O_4+4H_2$
Mole ratio of reaction suggest
$\large\frac{Mole\;of\;Fe}{Mole\;of\;H_2O}=\frac{3}{4}$
Mole of $Fe=\large\frac{18}{18}\times \frac{3}{4}$
Weight of Fe=$\large\frac{3}{4}$$\times 56=42g$
Hence (c) is the correct option.
