$ Fe^{3+} (aq) + SCN^- (aq) \rightleftharpoons Fe(SCN)^{2+} (aq) $
K = $ \frac { [FeSCN^{2+} (aq)] } { [Fe^{3+} (aq)] [SCN^- (aq)] }$
Thus, Units = $ \frac {(mol L^{-1})} {(mol L^{-1})(mol L^{-1})} = L mol ^{-1} $
