Assuming the CM of each disc at its can be We have a 2 particle system
distance of COM from 4m is
$x1= \large\frac{M \times R}{5M}$
$\qquad= \large\frac{R}{5}$
For a 2 particle system of manes m1 and m2
distance of center of mass from m1 is
$X_1=\large\frac{m2d}{(m_1+m_2)}$
