The $NH_3$ molecular geometry (molecular shape) is trigonal pyramidal. The $NH_3$ bond angles are $107^{\circ}$ because the hydrogen atoms are repelled by the lone pair of electrons on the Nitrogen atom
Decrease in bond angle due to repulsion between lone pairs.
Hence (a) is the correct answer.
