In most stable structure of $ClF_3$ molecule, how many lone pairs are there in equatorial positions

Two lone pairs are there in equatorial position of the most stable structure of $ClF_3$ because the lone pairs are at equatorial position so there are less l.p.-b.p. repulsions as compared to others in which the l.p. are at axial positions.
Hence (c) is the correct answer.
