$ sp^3 - sp < sp^2 - sp^2 < sp^3 - sp^2 < sp^3 - sp^3$
-C-C(triplebond) < -C=C- < -C-C= < -C-C-
Less than than the ($1.2\overset{\circ}{A}$) < double bond ($1.2\overset{\circ}{A}$) < in between ($1.2-1.54 \overset{\circ}{A}$) < single bond (1$.54\overset{\circ}{A}$)
Hence (c) is the correct answer.
