When a damped spring mass system is forced into oscillations at different frequencies it resonates (amplitude increases and peaks when compared to input amplitude) at its damped natural frequency. For such systems the resonance of velocity is more when

a.       Damping is high b.      Damping is low  c.       Does not depend on damping d.      None of the above

The phenomenon of resonance of position or velocity are similar.
So like in 17 above
Hence 'b' is the correct answer.
