$Sn\rightleftharpoons Sn^{+2}+2e^-$
$Ag^++e^-\rightleftharpoons Ag]\times 2$
-------------------------------------------
$\Rightarrow Sn+2Ag^+\rightleftharpoons Sn^{+2}+2Ag$
Hence (d) is the correct option.
