The electrolyte in salt bridge should be non reactive.
Generally we take $Kcl$ but $Kcl,srso_4,pbso_4$ forms precipitate with given ions whereas all $N0_5$ are soluble in water. So we take $KNO_3$ as electrolyte in salt bridge.
Hence c is the correct answer
