Arrange $F_2,Cl_2,Br,I_2$ in order of increasing SRP

$\begin{array}{1 1}(a)\;Cl_2 > F_2 > Br_2 > F_2\\(b)\;F_2 > Cl_2 > Br_2 > I_2\\(c)\;I_2 > Br_2 > Cl_2 > F_2\\(d)\;I_2 > Br_2 > F_2 > Cl_2\end{array}$

$F^-\rightarrow F_2$
We now stability of halide increasing with top to bottom
So, $I_2 > Br_2 > Cl_2 > F_2$
I -bigger size easily make covalent bond
So, $I_2 > Br_2 > Cl_2 > F_2$
Hence (c) is the correct answer.
