Electrolysis of $AgNO_3$(aq)
$AgNO_3(aq)\rightarrow Ag^+(aq)+NO_3^-+H_2O$
$Ag^+$-cathode
$NO_3^-$-anode
$O$-anode and cathode
At cathode
$Ag^++e^-\rightarrow Ag\quad E_1^o$
$H_2O+e^-\rightarrow \large\frac{1}{2}$$H_2+OH^-\quad E_2^o$
$E_1^o > E_2^o$
At anode
$NO_3^-\overset\rightarrow\ {Oxidation}$
$H_2O\rightarrow \large\frac{1}{2}$$O_2+2H^++2e$
So $2Ag^++H_2O\rightarrow 2Ag+2H^++\large\frac{1}{2}$$O_2$
Since concentration of $H^+$ increases .So $P^H\downarrow$
Hence (b) is the correct answer.
