$AgNO_3(aq)\;\overset{\overset{electrolysis}{\Large\rightarrow}}{in\;presence\;of\;Ag\;electrode}$ then wrong statement is

$\begin{array}{1 1}(a)\;Ag\;\text{deposite at cathode}\\(b)\;AgNO_3(aq)\text{Concentration will not change}\\(c)\;O_2\text{will not appear at anode}\\(d)\;None\end{array}$

Can you answer this question?

$Ag$ electrode also take place in electrolysis
So at cathode
$Ag^+(aq)+e^-\rightarrow Ag(s)\quad E_1^o$
$H_2O+e^-\rightarrow \large\frac{1}{2}$$h_2+OH^-\quad E_2^o$
$E_1^o > E_2^o$
So at anode
$NO_3^-\rightarrow$ No oxidation
$H_2O\rightarrow \large\frac{1}{2}$$O_2+2H^++2e^-\quad E_1^o$
$Ag\rightarrow Ag^++e^-\quad E_2^o$
$E_2^o > E_1^o$
So final reaction
$Ag(s)\rightarrow Ag(s)$
So all three options are correct.
Hence (d) is the correct answer.
