$[A]^{-n+1}=[A]^{-2}$
$-n+1=-2$
$n=3$
$[A_o]^{1-n}=4$
$[A_o]^{-2}=4$
$[A_o]^2=\large\frac{1}{4}$
$[A_o]=\large\frac{1}{2}$
Hence (d) is the correct answer.
