$ \cos 3x = 4 \cos 3x - 3 \cos x$
=> $\int \sec^2 3x .dx$
=> $\tan (3x) \times \large\frac{1}{3} $$+c$
$\large\frac{1}{3}$$ \tan 3x+c$
Hence b is the correct answer.
