In a medium of dielectric constant K, the electric field is $\overrightarrow {E}$, if $\in _0$ is permittivity of free space , the electric displacement vector is :

Electric displacement vector
$\overrightarrow {D}= \;\in \overrightarrow {E}$
$\in\; =\;\in _0 K$
=> $\overrightarrow {D} =K \in _0 \overrightarrow {E}$
Hence B is the correct answer.
