How many 3 digit numbers are divisible by 5?

Answer : (d) 180
Explanation : $1^\;{st}\;3\;digit\;no\;divisible\;by\;5\;=>\;100$
$Last\;3\;digit\;no\;divisible\;by\;5\;=>\;995$
$100,105,110\;----\;995$
$a=100\;,d=5\;t_{n}=995$
$t_{n}=100+(n-1)5=995$
$(n-1)5=895$
$n-1=179$
$n=180.$
