1. The spermatids are transformed into spermatozoa by the process called gametogenesis. 2. After spermiogenesis, sperm heads become embedded in the Leydig cells. 3. And they are finally released from the seminiferous tubules by the process called spermiation. Regarding 1,2 and 3 :

( a ) 2 is incorrect but 1 and 3 are correct
( b ) 3 is incorrect; 1 and 2 are correct
( c ) 3 is correct; 1 and 2 are incorrect
( d ) 1 is incorrect but 2 and 3 are correct

(C) is the right answer.

The spermatids are transformed into spermatozoa (sperms) by the process called spermiogenesis. After spermiogenesis, sperm heads become embedded in the Sertoli cells, and are finally released from the seminiferous tubules by the process called spermiation.
