The number of radial nodes of 3s and 2p orbitals are respectively

$\begin{array}{1 1}(a)\;2,0&(b)\;0,2\\(c)\;1,2&(d)\;2,1\end{array}$

1 Answer

Number of radial nodes =$n-l-1$
For $3s$ it is 2
For $2p$ it is 0
Hence (a) is the correct answer.
