A man is walking towards the plane mirror at the speed of $4 km/hr$ . What is the speed with which he is approaching his image?

$(a)\;2\; km /hr \\ (b)\;4\;km/hr \\ (c)\;8\;km/hr \\ (d)\;10\;km/hr $

Since the man is moving towards the plane mirror at the speed of $4 km /hr$ his image is also moving with a speed of $4 km/hr$ towards the mirror ie with speed of $-4 km/hr$
$\therefore $ Relative speed of man respect to image $= 4 -( -4) $
$\qquad= 8 km /hr$
Hence c is the correct answer.
