Probability of getting score 9 in a single throw
$ = \large\frac{4}{36}$
$ = \large\frac{1}{9}$
Probability of getting score 9 exactly twice
$ = 3C_2 \times \bigg( \large\frac{1}{9} \bigg)^2 \times \large\frac{8}{9} $
$ = \large\frac{8}{243}$
