Calculate momentum of radiations of wavelength 0.33nm

We have $\lambda=\large\frac{h}{mu}$
$mu=\large\frac{h}{\lambda}$
(i.e) Momentum =$\large\frac{6.625\times 10^{-34}}{0.33\times 10^{-9}}$
$\Rightarrow 2.01\times 10^{-24}Kgm/s$
Hence (b) is the correct answer.
