$\begin{array}{1 1}(a)\;2.5\times 10^{-24}m/s&(b)\;3.51\times 10^{-24}m/s\\(c)\;3.51\times 10^{-19}m/s&(d)\;1.5\times 10^{-24}m/s\end{array}$

$\Delta u\Delta x\approx \large\frac{h}{4\pi m}$
$\Delta u=\large\frac{h}{4\pi m\Delta x}$
$\Rightarrow \large\frac{6.625\times 10^{-34}}{4\times \Large\frac{22}{7}\times\large 0.15\times 10^{-10}}$
$\Rightarrow 3.51\times 10^{-24}m/s$
Hence (b) is the correct answer.
