$NO+O_3\rightarrow NO_2+O_2$
$O_3+hv\rightarrow O_2 + [O]$
$NO_2+O\rightarrow NO+O_2$
Hence $z+x$ is $NO+O_2$
Hence (a) is the correct answer.
