$CFCl_3+hv\rightarrow CFCl_2+Cl$
$CF_2Cl_2+hv\rightarrow CF_2Cl+Cl$
$CF_2Cl+hv\rightarrow CF_3+Cl$
Hence B is $Cl$
Hence (a) is the correct answer.
