Quantity of $H_2O_2$ = 100ml and volume of $H_2O_2$ =15
We know that 20 volume of $H_2O_2$ means 1 litre of this solution will give 15 litre at NTP
Since,oxygen liberated from 1000ml (1 litre) of $H_2O_2=15$ litre,
Oxygen liberate from $100 ml = \large\frac{15}{1000} \times 100 = 1.5 litre= 1500ml$
The volume of oxygen liberated at STP when 100ml of 15 volume $H_2O_2$ decomposes 1500ml
Hence (d) is the correct answer.
