(A) Superconductor have Zero Resisitivty, not Semiconductors
(B) An insulator like glass has low conductivity and a high resistivity.
(C) A normal conductor such as a metal has high conductivity and a low resistivity.
(D) The conductivity of a semiconductor is generally intermediate, but varies widely under different conditions and they can pass current more easily in one direction than the other i.e, variable resistance.
Hence (D) Is the correct answer.
