For $a$ series the value of mean deviation is 15. The most likely value of its quartile deviation is

Since $ MD = \large\frac{4}{5}$ $ \sigma$
$ QD = \large\frac{2}{3}$ $ \sigma$
$ \large\frac{MD}{QD} = \large\frac{6}{5}$
$ \Rightarrow QD = \large\frac{5}{6}$ $ MD$
$ = \large\frac{5}{6} $ $ (15)$
$ = 12.5$
Hence Ans : (A)
