Slaked lime is calcium hydroxide .
It is obtained when water is added to $CaO$(lime)
$CaO+H_2O\rightarrow CaCO_2$
$Mg_2C_3+4H_2O\rightarrow 2Mg(OH)_2+CH_2-C\equiv CH$
Hence (c) is the correct answer.
